Your caregiver is your choice. The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is a New York State Department of Health Medicaid program that lets you control your home care. That means you can choose, train, and hire friends and family to serve as Personal Assistants and provide the exceptional care you deserve. Your Personal Assistant will be paid through the CDPAP program, a winning solution for both you and your loved one.
