Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Assist with mobility and transfers when needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Remind clients to take medications as directed.
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the care team.
Requirements
- Valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification (or equivalent qualification, if required).
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts consistently.
- Previous home care experience is preferred but not required.
